Evaluating trading proficiency.
Funding skilled traders.

The Crypto Trading Proficiency Board is a European evaluation institution that assesses skilled cryptocurrency traders and allocates capital to those who meet the evaluation standard.

Mandate

The institution operates under EU jurisdiction from Vilnius, Lithuania. Capital allocations are provided by the institution. Selected traders receive a funded trading account and earn a performance share of the profits they generate.

Evaluation criteria, risk parameters, and selection thresholds are published and available to all candidates before registration. Funded trader status is conditional on ongoing performance within institutional risk parameters.

Evaluation Criteria

Candidates trade under defined risk parameters over the evaluation period. Performance is evaluated across four areas.

Market Analysis
Interpretation of market structure, identification of actionable conditions, and distinction of signal from noise.
Risk Calibration
Position sizing discipline, drawdown management, and adherence to defined risk parameters.
Entry Precision
Timing and execution quality of trade entries relative to identified market opportunities.
Strategic Framework
Consistency of methodology, adaptability to conditions, and coherence of trading approach.

Registration

The evaluation is open to individual cryptocurrency traders. There are no prerequisites in formal education, prior certification, or trading experience. Registration is conducted through this website.

Traders who meet the evaluation standard are designated as CTPB Certified Funded Traders and receive a funded trading account.
